Belgravia Leisure is pleased to annouce Low Sensory Hour across 3 of our Mornington Peninsula venues from Sunday 11 February 2024.
Low Sensory Hour is a time every week where we turn the music off, dim the lights (where possible), turn off hand dryers & switch off screens in our Health Clubs.
We want to make our venues as accessible and inclusive for all our members and customers.
Please be respectful and encouraging. Low Sensory Hour is a safe time and place to interact within our facilities.
The initiative aims to minimise visual and auditory stimulation to create a more accessible environment, particularly for anyone who experiences sensitivity to light and sound.
This will give families, carers and people suffering from Sensory sensitivity a place where they feel safe and supported and will create a more connected community.
